Thursday, January 30th | The Farm
7:00 - 9:00 PM Join us at The Farm for an evening of cocktails and light appetizers as we kick off the weekend in style.

The Wedding
Friday, January 31st | The Other Side Hotel
Ceremony: 4:00 - 4:30 PM on the lawn overlooking the beach.
Cocktail Hour: 4:30 - 5:30 PM at the Rustic Boathouse.
Dinner and Dancing: 5:30 - 9:30 PM enjoy delicious food and dance the night away with a special guest DJ from Miami.
Afterparty: 9:30 - 11:30 PM at the Boathouse—keep the celebration going with late-night snacks and more dancing.

Saturday, February 1st | The Other Side Hotel
1:00 - 4:00 PM Join us for drinks and a light lunch as we relax by the beach and pool at The Other Side Hotel. The perfect way to wind down and soak in the beauty of the weekend.

The Farm

Opening in Fall 2024, The Farm is a haven of health and sustainability, completely powered by solar energy. Here, we blend relaxation with innovation, exploring alternative methods of food production such as aquaponics, agri-voltaics, and arboriculture. The heart of The Farm is a large organic farm, which not only supplies fresh vegetables to our other hotels but also serves as the centerpiece of this unique experience. Reservations

Rooms at The Other Side Resort (Farm) have been reserved, with rates ranging from $450 to $730 USD per night and a minimum stay of three nights. Rooms at Valentine's Marina are available for $600 per night, with a 10% group discount when referencing the Wilson/Battiste wedding block.

Room preferences can be selected during the RSVP process, and booking information will be provided.



Note that payment in full for the rooms is collected at booking.

Getting There

Traveling to the island of Eleuthera is simple!

Several major airports offer daily direct flights to North Eleuthera Airport (ELH), including Atlanta, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, and Orlando, with American Airlines being the primary service provider to the island.

For some travelers, it might be more convenient to fly into Fort Lauderdale or Miami and connect to a smaller regional airline. Silver Airways, Bahamasair, Pineapple Air, and Western Air all offer flights from Fort Lauderdale or Miami to North Eleuthera Airport.

For our welcome reception on a beautiful farm in the Bahamas, we invite you to embrace Farm Chic with a touch of casual elegance. Ladies, consider stylish dresses or chic separates, with the option of pants that fit the relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Gentlemen, we suggest smart casual attire—think tailored pants and a crisp shirt, with the option to include a jacket if desired. The vibe is comfortable yet polished, ideal for an evening of celebration in a stunning, natural setting. Suggest are: khaki, navy, purple, gold, and green.
 
Wedding - Elegant Beach Cocktail Attire:
For our special day by the shore, we request your presence in attire that balances the elegance of formalwear with the relaxed charm of the beach. Ladies are encouraged to wear elegant or structured cocktail dresses in refined colors, paired with tasteful heels or dressy sandals. Feel free to have fun with prints and metallics. Gentlemen, we suggest a classic suit or tailored trousers with a formal shirt, and a linen or lightweight blazer. Beach Party- Glam Sun Attire:
Join us the day after the wedding for a chic and glamorous beach and poolside celebration. We invite you to embrace the glamour of the occasion with stylish swimwear complemented by sophisticated cover-ups, kaftans, or summer dresses for the ladies. Gentlemen can opt for swim trunks paired with a crisp shirt or a smart, casual ensemble. Think upscale resort wear with a touch of flair—perfect for lounging by the pool while still looking fabulous. What to do on Harbor Island?

Harbour Island may be small, but it offers a variety of unique experiences, from horseback riding on the beach and relaxing on the stunning pink sand shores to dining at top-rated restaurants and taking excursions to swim with turtles and pigs. Both resorts are happy to assist with arrangements, and Con and Coconut is another excellent island concierge service to consider.

How to get to our events?

Whether you're staying on Harbour Island or Eleuthera, getting to the events is simple. We have pre-arranged boat taxis to transport guests staying on Harbour Island to and from the celebrations. Please be sure to arrive on time! For those at The Farm and The Other Side, the event locations are within a five-minute walk. Ladies may want to bring a pair of comfortable shoes for the stroll.

How do I get to the resorts and get around during my stay?

Upon arriving at North Eleuthera Airport, you’ll take a short taxi ride to Three Island Dock. From there, if you’re staying at The Other Side or The Farm, a boat will be waiting to take you directly to the hotel. If you’re staying on Harbour Island, a water taxi will bring you to Valentine’s Marina. Once settled, we recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island. For guests staying at The Other Side or The Farm, their boat shuttle operates between 10 AM and 11 PM, offering transport to Harbour Island, where a golf cart can be arranged upon arrival. Where to eat?

If you’re staying at The Other Side or The Farm, a continental breakfast is included with your stay, and the property has two restaurants where reservations are recommended and can be made each morning. For more dining options, take advantage of the boat shuttle to explore Harbour Island’s many fantastic restaurants.

What will the weather be like?

The weather in the Bahamas at this time of year is typically ideal, with daytime highs around 77°F and evenings cooling down to about 65°F. While the chance of rain is low, brief pop-up showers are possible.
